FAQ
The points teams almost always clarify upfront. Short and concrete.
What is a response?
A response is a fully completed answer to the structured questions in one context. Responses can come from candidates or existing employees.
What is a context?
A context describes the work reality of a role. It connects environment, pressure, expectations, and the relevant leadership reality.
What does Response Window mean?
Response Window defines the period in which new responses can be submitted for a role. The standard includes 3 months. After that, existing responses remain visible.
How does Reopen work?
With Reopen, you open the Response Window again for new candidates. Existing responses remain visible. Reopen is available monthly and only needed if additional responses should come in later.
What are response analyses?
Response analyses condense answers into a clearer basis for conversations and decisions. This includes executive summary, interview preparation, and drilldowns into leadership and work reality.
What is the difference between First Impression and Full Picture?
First Impression helps you prioritize early: who should we speak with first? Full Picture helps you go deeper on prioritized profiles: where should we look more closely and why?
What does per role mean?
Per role means one hiring case for one position with one hiring team and one context. If the same role is opened again later, this is a new hiring case or part of an ongoing setup.
When does a subscription make sense?
Continuous makes sense when you keep multiple roles open in parallel and run hiring continuously through ∘Yeliq. It is about parallel active roles and yearly billing, not yearly quotas.
How does the calculator work?
The calculator estimates your process effort per role fill. Each stage has its own parameters for count, minutes, people, and hourly rate. Additionally, impact per stage is calculated as a reduction in count.
