Situational leadership questions
They show what kind of leadership, alignment and involvement candidates prefer.
METHODS
Situational questions show how candidates prefer to decide and act in concrete work situations.
Candidates receive realistic situations from the later work context and choose between different, fundamentally plausible courses of action.
This does not create a simple right-or-wrong result. Instead, different preferences and ways of working become visible.
They show what kind of leadership, alignment and involvement candidates prefer.
They show how candidates prefer to work around structure, autonomy, collaboration, decisions and pace.
Yeliq uses a forced-choice logic. Candidates choose between different, positively and plausibly formulated courses of action. The focus is not self-presentation, but choosing between real trade-offs.
The same situation is not equally relevant for every role. Yeliq therefore only selects situations that fit the concrete role context.
Yeliq does not select modules by default. What matters is which signals from the automated requirement analysis are truly useful before the first interview.
