METHODS
Digital work samples bring candidates as close as possible to the actual work of the role.
A work sample makes sense when experience or self-report alone is not enough and the concrete application of knowledge and skills matters.
It should be as close as possible to typical tasks of the role and only check what is actually relevant for the later work.
The task is derived from the concrete role context. This keeps the Pre-Interview Flow focused and fair.
A work sample is not used because it is available. It is used when it provides relevant additional signals.
The results feed into a reviewable decision basis with open points and interview prompts.
Yeliq does not select modules by default. What matters is which signals from the automated requirement analysis are truly useful before the first interview.
